Welcome to Blueeyes Eco Resort, located near Bagda Beach. By booking your stay with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Minimum Stay: The minimum stay requirement at Blueeyes Eco Resort is one (1) night.
Advance Payment: Full advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, EMI, net banking, PayPal, and on-arrival cash payments.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund after deducting a 20% cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s preferred method — either by bank transfer or PayPal.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in the booking being marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Check-In Time: 10:30 AM
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Not available. Guests are requested to adhere to the above timings to ensure smooth room turnover.
Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property or furnishings during their stay. The resort reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Behavior: The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to vacate the premises for any behavior that disturbs other guests or violates resort rules.
Pets: Pets are welcome at Blueeyes Eco Resort. Guests must ensure their pets do not cause disturbance or damage.
Food and Alcohol: Outside food and alcoholic beverages are allowed. Cooking inside rooms is permitted, provided it does not cause damage or safety hazards.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted in rooms and designated areas. Guests are advised to use ashtrays and dispose of waste responsibly.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed after 10:30 PM.
Blueeyes Eco Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and are expected to follow resort safety guidelines at all times.
We collect personal information (such as name, contact number, and email) solely for the purpose of processing bookings and improving guest experience.
