At Blueeyes Eco Resort, we strive to ensure our guests have a smooth and satisfying booking experience. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are issued for room bookings made through our website or any authorized booking platform.
All reservations are confirmed only after full advance payment is successfully received.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your booking details and payment receipt.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a refund after deducting a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed manually after verifying the booking and cancellation details.
Guests will be asked to provide their bank account details or PayPal email for the refund transaction.
Refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
In case of payments made via third-party platforms (like online travel agents), refund timelines may depend on their respective policies.
Date modifications or booking changes are subject to availability and approval.
If the new booking date has a higher room rate, the guest must pay the difference.
Any modification requested within 48 hours of the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued for early departures, unused nights, or reductions in the number of guests after check-in.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, refund decisions will be made at the resort’s discretion.
