At Blueeyes Resort, we strive to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant stay. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. The following refund policy applies:
1. Cancellations
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Amount
Cancellation must made 48 hours prior to the check-in date, 80% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 20% is retained as a processing fee.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
