1. Reservation Requirements
- All guests are required to pay 100% of the total booking amount in advance to secure their reservation.
- Once the payment is successfully processed, the booking will be automatically confirmed. There is no need for additional confirmation from the guest’s side.
2. Advance Booking
- Guests are free to make reservations as far in advance as they like, subject to availability.
3. Pricing Per Person
- Our pricing is based on the number of guests in each booking. Example:
- 1 person: ₹1400
- 2 persons: ₹2800
4. No-Show Policy
- If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice (no-show), the reservation will be considered canceled. In such cases, the advance payment (100% of the total amount) will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
6. Late Check-In and Check-Out
- We offer flexibility with late check-ins and check-outs at no additional cost, subject to room availability. Guests are requested to inform the resort office in advance for any adjustments to their check-in or check-out times.
